The weight of each item includes the packaging and is rounded up to the nearest tenth. All low weight items under 0.01 kgs will be given the minimum statutary weight value of 0.01 kgs.

When do you post?
We post daily Monday to Friday through out the year. Customer paid next day deliveries on a Saturday only.
However during our peak times eg Christmas, we have a Saturday post out for all orders.
How long does it take for delivery?
Normally your order will arrive the next or following day after dispatch in the UK.
Europe and International is usually within 10 to 14 days.
However peak times and Bank holidays can mean a slight delay.
Is my order in stock?
Yes we do not sell any item that is not in stock. All our photographs are of the actual jewellery not stock photographs 
Order needed in a hurry?
We have an express next day delivery option for delivery on week days in the UK.
Conditions for this option:
  • Order must be placed before 12 noon for delivery (Monday to Friday) next day. 
  • A Saturday order must be placed before 9 am for delivery Monday.
  • All Sunday orders will be posted on Monday for a Tuesday delivery
  • We rely on Royal Mail and although Jewels and Finery will have posted the order. Royal Mail may not be able to deliver.
  • For this option a signature is required on receipt. 
Saturday Delivery

This option is available at an extra cost.
  • Order before 12 noon on Friday
  • Using the standard next day delivery - we can not guarantee a Saturday delivery
  • For this option a signature is required
Packaging used by Jewels and Finery
All our items are in resealable plastic bags
Wrapped in a sheet of bubble wrap
Outer packaging is either a bubble envelope or a box depending on size or fragility of order
Emails from Jewels and Finery Craft
We only send three emails out (unless in the unlikely event that we have a problem with your order)
Notification of order - if you have not received this then you may have a mistake in your email address, please email us for confirmation
Processing - just to let you know that we have received your order and processing it.
Dispatch - to inform you that your order has been sent.
We do not send any marketing emails but you are welcome to sign up for our newsletter for special offers, information and prize draws
